 Back to the start. 

Almost a year and I have gain at least 30 lbs. 
So Im going back to my old ways like the ones on the
previous post and checking out feathers for thinspiration.

I wanna go back to this. 1 2 3 4 can we go back to how it was before?

So so far.
Im starting my usual routine.
Lemonwater before breakfast.
Liver pills to cleanse all the toxins.
Breakfast consisting of tea, two egg whites, or
half an english whole wheat muffin.  

NO meat for a month.
NO dairy. At most would be egg whites, soymilk.

Lunch would consist of a green, protein.
Salad, baby spinach, cabage soup, bean soup,
faye yogurt.

I need to find my journal again ): but I'll post my
intake here too

That's me drunk as fuck on new years. Chill it's vodka.
Which brings me to my other rule: NO BEER, ONLY VODKA.
But I'm doing a detox where I don't smoke weed or drink.
Coffee and ciggarettes are of a different matter.
